Serenity's unique twist on Joseph Pilates’ original Contrology classical system brought to life on the reformer. Expect: feet in straps, slow precision, and muscles trembling from micro-movements you didn’t think could hurt this much. Mixed ability. Remember to bring your non slip socks, water and sweat towel.

Cancellation Policy
PILATES CANCELLATION: Pay As You Go will lose one class credit/payment per cancellation within 12 hours of class/no-show. PAYG cancellations, outside of 12 hour window of class, will gain class credit back on request (system doesn't do automatic refunds). For 'Reformers & Rugrats' cancellations within 12 hours of class will be credited back, no shows will lose one class credit.
