Cancellation Policy

PILATES CANCELLATION: Pay As You Go, 10 Class Pass, 12 Week Pass & Monthly members will lose one class credit per cancellation within 12 hours of class/no-show. For 'Reformers & Rugrats' cancellations within 12 hours of class will be credited back, no shows will lose one class credit. REFORMER INTRODUCTION WORKSHOP: No refunds given. The ability to reschedule will be is possible if requested 48 hours prior to workshop. FITNESS CANCELLATION: Pay As You Go and 10 Class Pass will lose one class credit per cancellation within 12 hours of class/no-show. For 'Tabatas & Tots' cancellations within 12 hours of class will be credited back, no shows will lose one class credit.
