Expect: feet in straps, slow precision, and muscles trembling from micro-movements you didn’t think could hurt this much. Mixed ability. Remember to bring your non slip socks, water and sweat towel.

Cancellation Policy
PILATES CANCELLATION: Pay As You Go, 10 Class Pass, 12 Week Pass & Monthly members will lose one class credit per cancellation within 12 hours of class/no-show. For 'Reformers & Rugrats' cancellations within 12 hours of class will be credited back, no shows will lose one class credit. PAYG cancellations will gain class credit back on request.
