A mat + reformer duet for the best of both worlds. Expect: the control and stability of matwork paired with the strength and resistance of reformer. Twice the challenge, double the smug feeling after. Mixed ability. Remember to bring your non slip socks, water and sweat towel. Depending on occupancy there may be an opportunity to perform all the class on the reformer.

Cancellation Policy
PILATES CANCELLATION: Pay As You Go, 10 Class Pass, 12 Week Pass & Monthly members will lose one class credit per cancellation within 12 hours of class/no-show. For 'Reformers & Rugrats' cancellations within 12 hours of class will be credited back, no shows will lose one class credit. PAYG cancellations will gain class credit back on request.
