Our small group bootcamp style classes in North Shields are designed to help you build strength, endurance, and confidence at a pace that works for you. You don’t need to be super fit or super fast. Just show up, move well, and enjoy the buzz.

Because we’re a hybrid facility, your training is more balanced and more effective. Combine your fitness classes with Reformer Pilates and you’ll feel the difference - stronger muscles, happier joints, and better movement in everyday life.

We’re not a boutique studio, and we’re not about extremes. We’re a welcoming community who move with a laugh, support each other, and celebrate progress — however small.

Fitness group classes

Our bootcamps are fast-paced, varied, and results-driven, incorporating strength training, cardiovascular work, and interval training. But don’t worry—rest breaks are included. While our programmer may be ex-military, our approach is challenging yet supportive, never extreme.

Book time with one of our Personal Trainers and Pilates Instructor (mat and reformer) to stretch your fitness goals further.

Want to train with your friends instead of strangers?

Book a small group training session with one of our personal trainers instead.

  • Post natal fitness training with your child present. If older, they can join in with family fitness.

What You’ll Gain

Affordable coaching

We have created a range of membership packages at affordable prices.

Small group training at a fraction of the price.

Small group training

Classes are limited to 10 members. 

Classes all under the watchful eyes of a team of qualified gym instructors and personal trainers. 

Constantly varied

We use a mixture of bodyweight exercises, such as jumping and plyometrics and weighted movements, using kit such as kettlebells, dumbbells and barbells of varying weights.

Various pieces of kit

Qualified and experienced team of coaches. 

Wherever you are on your fitness journey our coaches can offer support, tips, and training as you work to reach your fitness goals.

Time back

Our fitness classes are only 45 minutes.

We squeeze many activities within the 45-minute - warm up, workout and cool down stretches.

A no stress approach to fitness for busy individuals.

Exercise variations

Classes suitable for all.. The class will be adapted for members attending the class.

Jumping isn't your thing?! Sore back?! No problem, we have alternative movements for you.
