Post natal reformer Pilates with your child present. If older, they can join in on the mat.
Service Description
Supportive, low-impact core rebuild for postnatal bodies. No “bounce back” culture here — just breath, strength, and taking your time. Expect: gentle but effective postnatal-friendly moves, breathwork, and the chance to rebuild your core while your baby supervises. £1 per participating kid. For safety reasons they will be performing Pilates on the mat. OPEN TO ALL MEMBERS, just be accepting that children will be in the gym.

Cancellation Policy
PILATES CANCELLATION: Pay As You Go, 10 Class Pass, 12 Week Pass & Monthly members will lose one class credit per cancellation within 12 hours of class/no-show. For 'Reformers & Rugrats' cancellations within 12 hours of class will be credited back, no shows will lose one class credit. PAYG cancellations will gain class credit back on request.
