At Serenity, we believe exercise shouldn't break the bank and that getting active is even better when you do it with good people.
So, every now and then, we put on free events for our local community. A chance to try something new, get moving, meet people, have a laugh and enjoy being active without needing a membership.
From Reformer Raves and Pilates events to fitness sessions, Christmas celebrations and a few things we probably shouldn't admit to organising... 😂
It's all about getting people moving and bringing our community together.
Because move more, live better isn't just something we say, it's what we believe.
