Small group training
Fitness classes are limited to 10 members and reformer Pilates limited to 7.
Classes all under the watchful eyes of a team of qualified gym instructors, personal trainers and Pilates instructors.
Constantly varied
We use a mixture of bodyweight exercises, such as jumping and plyometrics and weighted movements, using kit such as kettlebells, dumbbells and barbells of varying weights
Our Pilates classes use the refomer, ball, circle and blocks.

Qualified and experienced team of coaches.
Wherever you are on your fitness journey our coaches can offer support, tips, and training as you work to reach your fitness and Pilates goals.

Our fitness classes are only 45 minutes.
We squeeze many activities within the 45-minute - warm up, workout and cool down stretches.
A no stress approach to fitness for busy individuals.
Our reformer Pilates clsses are only 40+ minutes providing you with a whole body workout in a fraction of time.

Classes suitable for all. The class will be adapted for members attending the class.
