Did you know?

Our fitness classes are capped to 10 people and are only 45 minutes long, meaning you get the rest of your day to enjoy yourself after having a PT session without paying PT prices.

Did you know?

Our reformer Pilates classes are capped to 5 people and are only 30-45 minutes long giving you a whole body workout in a blink of an eye.

Did you know?

Our combo Pilates (mat and reformer) classes are capped to 10 people and are 50 minutes long giving you a whole body workout using various Pilates pieces.

 

To get you started in any of our Pilates classes you must attend the 

Introduction to the Reformer workshop first.

What You’ll Gain

Affordable coaching

We have created a range of membership packages at affordable prices.

Small group training at a fraction of the price.

Small group training

Fitness classes are limited to 10 members and reformer Pilates limited to 5.

Classes all under the watchful eyes of a team of qualified gym instructors, personal trainers and Pilates instructors. 

Constantly varied

We use a mixture of bodyweight exercises, such as jumping and plyometrics and weighted movements, using kit such as kettlebells, dumbbells and barbells of varying weights

Our Pilates classes use the refomer, ball, circle and blocks.

Various pieces of kit

Qualified and experienced team of coaches. 

Wherever you are on your fitness journey our coaches can offer support, tips, and training as you work to reach your fitness and Pilates goals.

Our fitness classes are only 45 minutes.

We squeeze many activities within the 45-minute - warm up, workout and cool down stretches.

I can’t recommend these guys enough. Tyrone’s knowledge and expertise is second to none, he runs the sessions safely and effectively but also makes them so much fun. He shows you how to work around any pre-existing injuries helping you to build strength and so repair them. I have lost a total of 12 fat inches in 6 weeks.
