Service Description
Supportive, low-impact core rebuild for postnatal bodies. No “bounce back” culture here — just breath, strength, and taking your time. Expect: gentle but effective postnatal-friendly moves, breathwork, and the chance to rebuild your core while your baby supervises.

Cancellation Policy
PILATES CANCELLATION: Pay As You Go will lose one class credit/payment per cancellation within 12 hours of class/no-show. PAYG cancellations, outside of 12 hour window of class, will gain class credit back on request (system doesn't do automatic refunds). For 'Reformers & Rugrats' cancellations within 12 hours of class will be credited back, no shows will lose one class credit.
