Post natal reformer Pilates with your child present. If older, they can join in on the mat.
Service Description
Supportive, low-impact core rebuild for postnatal bodies. No “bounce back” culture here — just breath, strength, and taking your time. Expect: gentle but effective postnatal-friendly moves, breathwork, and the chance to rebuild your core while your baby supervises. £1 per participating kid. For safety reasons they will be performing Pilates on the mat. OPEN TO ALL MEMBERS, just be accepting that children will be in the gym.

Cancellation Policy
PILATES CANCELLATION: Pay As You Go will lose one class credit/payment per cancellation within 12 hours of class/no-show. PAYG cancellations, outside of 12 hour window of class, will gain class credit back on request (system doesn't do automatic refunds). For 'Reformers & Rugrats' cancellations within 12 hours of class will be credited back, no shows will lose one class credit.
