TIMETABLE CHANGES
We are pleased to announce Anne, Bear Necessities of Strength, has added mat Pilates classes to the Serenity Fitness timetable.
Get yourself down on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5:30 pm and Saturdays at 11 am.
Wear slipper socks to keep your feet warm and comfy clothes.
Get yourself to our North Shields gym to try out our Pilates classes.
If you have any friends or family interested in Pilates then please bring them along.
We have new Pilates only memberships available for those where fitness classes isn't there thing.

Remember to be on time to class, don't forget your water & bring a sweat towel (Chatter Challenge sweat towels are available to purchase at the gym) if your T-shirt (Serenity Fitness branded shirts available to purchase at the gym too) just won't do.
