Tyrone's last week

Hey 👋 we are now into Tyrone's last week with us (sad face 😞). Please show him some love by getting some fitness in with us.

Tyrone may be leaving us, but his programming lives on. It may be a different instructor doing the coaching but the blame for how brutal the workout is goes towards Tyrone still 🤣

Tyrone's last class will be on Thursday. After that his classes will be split up by myself, Ricky and Louise.
