Hey ๐ we are now into Tyrone's last week with us (sad face ๐). Please show him some love by getting some fitness in with us.
Tyrone may be leaving us, but his programming lives on. It may be a different instructor doing the coaching but the blame for how brutal the workout is goes towards Tyrone still ๐คฃ
Tyrone's last class will be on Thursday. After that his classes will be split up by myself, Ricky and Louise.
