We've had a few new starters join us at Serenity Fitness recently...HI HOW ARE YOU?
At our fitness classes we simply want to MOVE MORE TO LIVE BETTER and in our reformer Pilates classes we want you to FIND YOUR INNER STRENGTH and we are pleased to introduce Yoga-Reform-Ilates (Yoga-Reformer-Pilates) to help you FLOW YOUR BODY AND MIND.
September is a BUSY month for the coaches holidays so we've made a couple of temporary amends to the timetable....check the app to keep up to date with the changes. We've had to temporarily take off the 7:15am classes for a few weeks while Tyrone is on holiday, Ricky is taking over the 10am classes, Louise and Anne have a slight change of shift for the evening fitness classes and the first week in September there won't the two daytime reformer classes due to being on holiday.

On a positive though we've got yoga-reform-ilates on Sunday mornings...come to flow your body and mind.
SEPTEMBER FITNESS PROGRAMMING
Monday - Strength & Skills circuits
Tuesday - Core & Conditioning
Wednesday - Strength circuits
Thursday - Core & Conditioning
Friday - Strength circuits
Saturday - Barbell cycling
Strength (& Skills) circuits will follow the traditional strength split of push, pull and legs over the three training days. You'll notice the workouts will combine strength and cardio conditioning. Get ready to really push yourself.
Core & conditioning will have you activating your core muscles and using the cardio machines.
Barbell cycling will have you learning how to move with the barbell (whether this be a clean, snatch, jerk, press etc.) followed by a short workout with that movement.


PILATES
We've added a Yoga inspired reformer Pilates class to Sunday morning.
Dress appropriately and wear slipper socks.
