At Serenity Fitness we simply want you to move more in order to live better. Your body deserves the opportunity to move. Movement isn't a chore, it's a blessing. We also believe rest is important, therefore there will be reduced opening hours during on the May bank holidays Mondays 10am fitness class only.
PILATES REFORMERS WILL BE HERE MID MAY (FINGERS CROSSED)
The timetable will get a reshuffle then, but in the mean time make the most of the brighter mornings with an early morning workout at 7:15am on Wednesdays and Fridays.
You must book in for these classes by 10pm the night before - no one wants to wake up early and no one show up .
